This is what always confuses me about the use of drugs in sport. The gentleman was born with a certain body style which makes him perfect for this sport, we are told. So as he is naturally at one end of the Bell Curve .... how does that make for 'fair' competition? People who have genetic suitabilities often dominate their chosen sport .... That is fine apparently ... But to myself is just as 'unfair' in practice as drug taking or blood doping. {Gallic shrug}
